What You'll Do:
- Support small business clients with accounting, financial, and administrative services.
- Manage client accounts while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional client service and customized financial solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, payroll, tax, administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel locally when needed (up to 25%).
